Most people know what they should do to perform and even excel in their roles at work. Yet, they still fall short or lack job satisfaction. Why do they settle for their current performance, while their work environment has shifted, and new standards have been set?

Knowing what to do is not enough to ensure success. The answer lies in shedding old habits and embracing change – a task that demands collective effort and hard work. Ingrained habits, rigid mindsets and unresolved emotions that often hinder progress need to be addressed.

To overcome these challenges, a transformative coaching process is essential. It can unlock the potential within individuals and teams by reshaping their beliefs, mindsets and ideas. It’s designed to find alternative solutions that will ensure long-term success.

Consider our Springbok rugby team’s journey to the World Cup final. They celebrated victory after four years of extensive hard work, guided by a coaching process that addressed both their strengths and weaknesses.

While it’s natural to gravitate toward one’s strengths, the evolving nature of the work environment necessitates the development of new skills and mindsets. At Growth-Link, we’ve created a transformative coaching process that offers a safe space for honest and open one-on-one discussions, empowering individuals to make decisions aligned with desired behaviours and standards.

The process involves having tough conversations that prompt individuals or teams to recognise their limitations and weaknesses hindering their progress in both business and life. It’s important to note that this process varies for each person, and a generic approach doesn’t cater to specific needs. We conduct both individual and group coaching sessions.

Our coaching programme comprises six to eight sessions, including a feedback session for our contracting client. Experienced coaches are carefully matched to candidates at various organisational levels, focusing on their specific needs.

Tailored for each target audience, our coaching process is a dynamic experience. Business coaching for management and executives is initiated by the leaders themselves, ensuring relevance and impact.

Structured coaching – a combination of learning and coaching – occurs at supervisory and team-leader levels. Before each session, individuals undergo bite-sized learning, exploring their realities regarding specific leadership issues. Coaching topics are selected by the individual and their supervisor or manager, ensuring active involvement from both parties throughout the process.

To enhance an organisation’s coaching capabilities, we provide practical training, equipping leaders across levels with tools and techniques.
